Infinite Photograph Launch
Recently the Infinite Photograph has been unveiled.
National Geographic Digital Media has presented the Web 2.0 mosaic application for photography. The application will be of great help to users providing the possibility to interact with online photographers. In order to do this it will be enough just to click on colour pattern and to create a variety of themes of amazing mosaics.
The first Infinite Photograph theme started April 16th was dedicated to the Earth Day. The mosaics displayed were featuring the photos of nature, of beautiful and mysterious natural world. The photos submitted by users were part of the National Geographic’s My Shot “As Seen on Earth” programme.
The Photograph comprises from 200 to 500 other photographs selected from My Shot database at Nation Geographic. All the photographs were shot and submitted by users themselves. National Geographic Digital Media is going to add new functions to the Infinite Photograph. Among the new features there will appear the possibility to choose search terms from tagged photograph, to create infinite photographs using own catalogue, and access the programme from social networks.
